Take part in Kent’s biggest yoga class and raise money for Cancer Research UK Sponsored by essential school of yoga
The County’s biggest yoga class is designed to promote a
sense of wellbeing and good health.

Presented in association with Essential School of Yoga, Strata PR and Red Dragon IT, all monies raised will go to fund further research into a cure for all types of Cancer.

No previous yoga experience is necessary. All participants must pre-register and sign a health declaration form. Supervised and led by qualified yoga teachers.

The class will be divided into 1 hour sessions allowing all participants to join for as long as they want.
