BOOK NOW FOR 2008!
(200HR YOGA ALLIANCE REGISTERED & APPROVED)
ABOUT THE COURSES
These
courses are designed to embrace the styles of yoga practiced by individual
students. Whilst we approach Asana techniqu
e
and teaching practice from the dynamic to the soft and subtle, the aims and
objectives of the courses are to develop students in their own styles, by
cultivating the essentials of Hatha Yoga, and the principles of Astanga.
Therefore, these courses are delivered to students without prejudice, and
without imposing a specific style deemed to be the right one by Essential
School of Yoga.
At Essential School of Yoga, we develop both Student Teachers and Practitioners who are sincere in their approach to Yoga as a whole: an experimental, thought provoking life-long journey; a philosophy.
Student Teachers and Practitioners alike will develop awareness of Yoga practice with mindfulness and intellect, experiencing an enhanced journey of self-discovery as a person, a student and ultimately a teacher.
