From its small friendly yoga studio in Allington, Maidstone, UK Essential School of Yoga provides a variety of classes for everyone. We have also brought Yoga to children in local schools and local authority play schemes.

OUR AIMS

At Essential School of Yoga we aim to touch as many lives as possible through the magic of Yoga.  Obviously we cannot teach everyone, therefore we are dedicated to our Teacher Training Programmes, developing teachers to carry on the good work.
